Ordering & payment
Cash on delivery only. No minimum order. After you place your order, we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm details before delivery.
Delivery
Delivery inside Kuwait only. Delivery fees depend on your area (1.5 to 2 KD) and are added to your total. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.
Returns & exchanges
For hygiene reasons, beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph it and message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we will make it right.
Product use
Our products are natural and handmade. Patch-test on a small area of skin first; stop using if irritation occurs. External use only.
Privacy
Your details (name, phone, address) are used only to prepare and deliver your order and are never shared with third parties other than our delivery provider.
